Recommended Migration and Data Exporting Tools?

We're looking for input on tools that people are using for migrations and data exporting and the like. We really liked the Panacea tool that was demo'ed at the meeting but the price is a little steep for us. Ultimately we just need something that will do the following:
- Compare tool to verify objects prior to migration - Ability to pick and choose migration objects - Ability to compare between a file or object and a database - Ability to compare between two databases - Compare tool to identify object changes delivered by Remedy in patches and upgrades - Ability to search objects to find effected fields, forms and workflow (active links and filters) - Ability to import and export data based on criteria (customer, status, etc.)
I know that Remedy Migrator does some of this but not all of it. We tried moving data through the use of the Report feature in v5 but the Remedy code instantly ate up all our RAM (not an uncommon problem, apparently). We know that we can write SQL to extract the data but I believe that there are some tools that maintain the attachment relationships during the export as well.
Are you using Migrator and another tool for moving data? Is there something else we don't know of that you could point us to?
Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks!
