This is a contract position:
•Responsible for the design and construction of configuration management database (CMDB) based on ITIL best practices.
•Responsible for the development and documentation of the strategy, policies, processes and objectives of Configuration management and the CMDB
•Oversee structure and ensure data is input into the CMDB while ensuring regular database maintenance.
•Manage the Configuration Items (CI) in the CMDB through their life cycle
•Propose and maintain the Configuration Management process
•Participates in the identification of all configuration items and helps plan the scope and phases of populating the initial CMDB.
•Champion and manage the configuration management process
