Remedy Programmer


Responsibilities:
This position develops and tests new systems as well as analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems to meet user requirements. Creates or updates supporting systems documentation and implements the new systems in production for ongoing operation. Investigates and identifies systems changes or new applications required. Analyzes and corrects reported production systems performance problems and documents any changes made.

Requirements:

-4 plus years Remedy development experience
Client is currently using Remedy 6.5 and will upgrade to 7.0 within 18 months.


Requirements include knowledge and experience with client-server and web technologies, specifically the BMC/Remedy product suite, HTML, XML, SQL and/or Oracle and scripting languages (e.g. VB Script, Javascript, Perl). Candidates with strong comparable technology skills such as .NET, Java, C+, ASP and VB will be considered. Good desktop skills (Windows W2K/XP/OFFICE) required as are good verbal and written communication and ability to work collaboratively in a small team setting.
